What Makes a Good Review

  • Be specific about your experience with dates and services
  • Focus on facts rather than emotions
  • Include both positives and areas for improvement
  • Mention specific employees only for exceptional service
  • Keep it relevant to the business being reviewed

Prohibited Content

  • False or misleading statements
  • Spam, advertisements, or promotional content
  • Personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language
  • Private information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
  • Content unrelated to the business experience
  • Fake reviews (positive or negative)
  • Reviews from competitors or employees

Verified Reviews

Reviews marked as "Verified" come from customers who have provided proof of their transaction or were invited by the business after a confirmed service. These reviews carry additional weight in our trust score calculations.

Review Moderation

All reviews go through our AI-powered moderation system and may be manually reviewed by our team. Reviews that violate our guidelines will be removed. Businesses can flag reviews for review, but cannot directly remove or edit customer feedback.

Business Responses

Businesses are encouraged to respond professionally to all reviews. Responses should address the customer's concerns and demonstrate a commitment to improvement. Retaliatory or unprofessional responses may result in account warnings.

Report a Review

If you believe a review violates our guidelines, please report it using the flag icon on the review. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours.
