Cancel or downgrade subscription
Cancel or downgrade through Stripe. Changes apply at the end of your billing period.
Downgrading
Use the downgrade preview in Settings → Subscription to see features you will lose and any location limits before opening the billing portal.
- Downgrades take effect at period end
- You keep access until the current period ends
- Reduce locations or team size if your new plan has lower limits
Cancellation
Open Manage billing → cancel plan in Stripe. After the period ends you revert to Free entitlements. Your public profile and existing reviews remain.
