slow process

Asbury trade-in visit for a Audi A4. Repair took three weeks with no loaner offered. Warranty claim denied for a part they sold me as certified. Two stars — too many runarounds.

frustrating

Sold my old Honda CR-V and bought a Used Multi-Brand at Asbury. Scheduled service appointment was cancelled twice without notice. Gap insurance and paint protection were presented as mandatory. Would not rush back but not the worst either.
