Sold my old Lexus RX 350 and bought a GMC at Ken. Gap insurance and paint protection were presented as mandatory. Scheduled service appointment was cancelled twice without notice. Would not rush back but not the worst either.
Brought my GMC Subaru Outback to Ken for service. Car was dirty at delivery with trash still in the cupholder. Waited two hours past my appointment with no explanation. Two stars — too many runarounds.
